Payment terms for individual passengers

The voyage must be paid for 7 days prior to departure. If the booking is made later than 7 days prior to departure, the voyage must be paid for at the time of reservation.

If the invoices are not paid by the due date, the system automatically cancels the booking. It is impossible to grant discounts to paid and invoiced bookings.

NB! Superseacat Oy reserves the right to cancel all the bookings that have not been purchased by the settled due date.

Cancellation terms and fees for individual passengers

The voyage can be cancelled without any cancellation fees 7 days prior to departure.

Cancelling 6 - 2 days prior to departure 20 % of the total amount will de charged.

Cancelling later than 2 days prior to departure 100 % of the total amount will be charged.

If the voyage is cancelled later than 7 days prior to departure due to illness or some other important reason, cancellation can be made without cancellation fees.

Payment terms for groups

A deposit of 10 % of the voyage cost or at least 500 EEK / 30 € will be charged. The voyage must be paid for 7 days prior to departure.

Cancellation terms and fees for groups of 10-80 persons

• 21 days prior to departure the booking can be cancelled without any fees.
• fee for cancellation 20 - 15 days prior the departure is 10 % of the cost of the voyage per place cancelled.
• fee for cancellation 14 - 4 days prior the departure is 50 % of the cost of the voyage per place cancelled.
• fee for cancellation 3 - 0 days prior the departure is 100 % of the cost of the voyage per place cancelled (incl. changes).

Larger groups and 3rd party services - terms of cancellations are applied on each group separately.

If the Superseacat Oy booking contains 3rd party services, e.g. hotels, then the cancellation terms of the 3rd party will be exercised.
