Passengers with vehicles should be at the terminal no later than one hour prior to departure. Reservations of passengers and vehicles arriving later than the stated time are no longer valid.

Passengers do not have access to the car deck during the voyage. Please take all luggage you will need during the voyage with you when leaving your car.

When booking a vehicle, the height and length parameters must be given, including possible protruding features (surfboards, ski-boxes, etc.), and also the registration number of the vehicle. If in the check-in the measurements of the vehicle exceed the parameters given in the booking, a new ticket for the vehicle should be purchased. In this case Superseacat Oy cannot guarantee a suitable place for the bigger vehicle on the ship.
